Michelle was an excellent real estate agent. Her communication skills are amazing; she is punctual; she is reliable; and she is positive. I cannot imagine having chosen anyone else to help me sell my Dad's house. It's no easy task to be an executor of a will, but when you have an agent who is such an expert, it really takes a load off. We had a buyer terminate the contract for no valid reason, and while that was a setback, I honestly was not too stressed because I knew Michelle would get right back on it immediately. Consequently, within a week we had a new buyer, were under contract, and that contract just closed with no issues. Michelle has so much energy and a good heart. I really enjoyed working with her and would do it again in a heartbeat.
